Part 145 Production Planning Controller

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and will work in accordance with EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21 and other NAA requirements as appropriate to the fleet.

Key responsibilities / duties

  • Initial acceptance and overview of W/O’s in advance of maintenance inputs
  • Control of material requirements in advance of maintenance inputs
  • Organise 3rd party requirements, NDT, welding etc
  • Identify and mitigate risks likely to alter maintenance completion dates
  • Maintain overview of ongoing inspections – monitor man hours, ongoing component requirements
  • Handle Part 145 technical queries with TC holders and reps
  • Liaise with Part M and Compliance when required
  • Improve availability of aircraft through active monitoring of aircraft repairs
  • Provide CAMO / OPS with a daily update of maintenance progress
  • Document control

Essential Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Aviation maintenance planning role
  • Aeronautical education / EASA part 66 / Aviation degree (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of EASA regulation / Part M / 145
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications / use of systems
  • Problem solver, ability to work as part of a team

Desirable Role Requirements

  • Working knowledge of OASES
  • Knowledge of Cessna / Beechcraft King Air aircraft

Aircraft Engineers

We are currently seeking both B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers, preferably with recent experience on aircraft below 5700kgs.

Engineering activities will include:

  • Both line and base maintenance of various aircraft types
  • Supervision of junior members of the team
  • Daily liaison with base maintenance manager
  • Potential for supervisory roles for suitable candidates
